By accessing or using any ENA Golden Enterprise services, APIs, or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
ENA Golden Enterprise provides secure payment infrastructure, identity verification, and platform engineering services. Specific terms governing individual service modules are set out in your applicable service agreement.
You may only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
API keys and access credentials are issued to authorized clients only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to info@enagolden.com.
We target 99.9% uptime for production systems. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service level agreements (SLAs) are detailed in individual client contracts.
All software, documentation, APIs, and materials provided by ENA Golden Enterprise remain our intellectual property. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENA Golden Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including financial regulations, data protection laws, and anti-money laundering requirements in their jurisdiction.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately in cases of material breach, non-payment, or suspected fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
